Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policies:


  • Articles are accepted for return in case of any manufacturing defect if returned in an unused condition, within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customer may return any article subject to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered.
  • Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Zigs LLC if it fulfills above two criteria.
  • For hygiene purpose Zigs LLC does not consider returning or exchanging Jewelry.
  • If a customer receives a free gift with the original purchase, expected to return it.
  • Exchange for the returned product depends on the availability of the same.
  •  Sale items (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging before handling it over to the courier person.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
