Replacement Lenses and Accessories
After you submit your order, we'll get right to work on producing your new lenses. Most of our lenses are cut to order and typically leave our lab within a few days.
Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number that will follow every movement of that package.

Custom Replacement Lenses
You can use your own box and our emailed prepaid shipping label, saving 3-4 days in the process. Or we can send you a box with a prepaid shipping label to send us your frames.

Processing Time for Custom Replacement Lenses
For all of our special services, the overall turnaround time is highly dependent on when your frames arrive to our location.
After your frames are received, our optical experts will need about one week to process all Custom Replacement Lenses orders before they are ready to ship back to you.
Because the Expert Install service may ship via FedEx, we cannot ship prescription lens orders to PO boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses.
